Eric Braeden Epic Boxing Workout and What It Means for Y&R Fans

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) indicates that Victor has never backed down from a struggle, as the Genoa City millionaire remains a key business figure in the small town.

Victor is a name synonymous with power, resilience, and ruthless ambition. Victor’s thirst for revenge and corporate dominance remains as fierce as ever.

But beyond the fictional world of Genoa City, Braeden himself continues to embody the same fighting spirit.

    Victor’s Still Got It!

He proved that not even age can slow him down, as he showed off his impressive boxing skills.

Fans were left in awe of Braeden’s strength, but could this reveal of his off-screen vigor hint at even more intense battles for Victor in the episodes to come?

With the heavyweight champ of Genoa City ready to throw punches both in and out of the ring. Eric, the actor who plays his role, recently gave fans an inside look at what motivates him.

Y&R reminds followers that Victor is a grandfather and great-grandfather who appears to be unaffected by his age. He still enjoys causing mayhem in GC and nothing beats a good old-fashioned vengeance plan.

Just ask Jack. Still, Eric recently took to Instagram to offer followers some behind-the-scenes footage. He shared a video of himself in the gym.

The video shows the 83-year-old wearing boxing gloves and striking a punching bag mercilessly (and impressively). The caption said, "Keeps me young and restless…"

    Victor vs. Jack

Eric is a soap opera celebrity, so an intensive film showcasing how he relieves stress and stays fit will receive a lot of views and comments!

Of course, fans raced to the section to express their love for the daytime drama classic and the Y&R. Nonetheless, Braeden's previous and present Young and the Restless co-stars joined in on Eric's badassery.

Michael, Amelia, Bryton, Lauralee, and Doug, a Y&R alumni, all "hearted" the Instagram video. In addition, Davidson wrote on Eric's Instagram video, "You go, Eric (fire emoji)".

Bryton also reacted on the video with two muscle-flex emojis, while Lauralee used a boxing glove, a heart, and two hands-up emojis.

Don (Y&R ex-Brad, current Bold and the Beautiful's Bill) also commented on Eric's boxing post, using a boxing glove, muscle-flex, and LOVE emojis. What do you think of Eric’s Instagram video?
