Brook Lynn and Chase's Family Plans
It's possible that General Hospital (GH) is preparing for another baby switch plot. Will two pregnancies intersect to cause an unexpected exchange that could have disastrous results? First up is Brook Lynn, who recently had a conversation with Harrison that changed her life.
Since Chase and Brook Lynn agree that they should begin their family as soon as possible, a baby could be on the way. Clearly, Brook Lynn and Chase are prepared to have their own kid, thus the process of having a baby has begun.
There's a strong likelihood that a baby switch is in the works if another person on canvas becomes pregnant at the same time. This brings us to Molly and the chance that she will become pregnant with a remarkable child. Molly is beginning to believe that motherhood isn't her calling.
Due to the issues of her endometriosis, Molly had to seek assistance from a surrogate; nevertheless, Andrea was unable to carry Molly and TJ's first child. Since everyone is aware of the outcome regarding Kristina's surrogacy, Molly has probably reached her breaking point.
Molly appears to be prepared to give up on motherhood based on her chat with Dex in the September 23 preview clip. Molly may believe that she is receiving guidance from the cosmos not to become a mother.
The Baby Switch Plot

Molly might not like the circumstances, but she would undoubtedly welcome the idea of becoming a mother at last. But given that Molly has previously lost two children as a result of the drama surrounding surrogacy, the stakes would be high.
Someone might be highly motivated to trade Molly's dead baby for Brook Lynn's living child if she lost the third. However, depending on what transpires in the interim, the switch might really work in a different way.
The idea is that Brook Lynn's pregnancy might be developing concurrently with Molly's miraculous pregnancy. It would make sense to have a baby swap tale if Dex gets Molly pregnant when BLQ is expecting.
