Upcoming The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers suggest that Finn might betray Steffy in a more unexpected way.

The show seems to be setting up a dramatic situation where Finn, Taylor’s doctor, is forced to keep her terminal heart condition under wraps, leading to a potential emotional betrayal that could shake his marriage with Steffy.

Finn’s Dilemma: Doctor vs. Husband

Finn has no romantic interest in Hope; he is committed to Steffy. Cheating is not the only way to betray your partner, though. There are other methods as well. It looks like B&B is setting the stage for Finn to find out Taylor's terrible secret.

Steffy will most likely be the last person to find out, meaning that other people will discover the information before her. Brooke may eventually find out what Taylor is hiding, and Brooke may then reveal it to Hope. Ridge is expected to eventually find out what Taylor is hiding.

Hope may even want to use this opportunity to listen in and learn about Taylor's heart failure updates. In any event, Hope might eventually come into the knowledge of a secret that will completely upend Steffy's world.

Will Hope make it inside the secret circle before Finn and Steffy? If so, when Steffy finally finds out what Taylor is hiding, it will feel like a huge betrayal. Just picture Steffy's outrage upon learning that Finn and Hope had been keeping this a secret from her!
