General Hospital: Brook Lynn Hidden Pregnancy Could Turn Port Charles Upside Down

General Hospital (GH) hints at a massive secret Brook Lynn Quartermaine may be hiding from her new husband, Harrison Chase. Brook Lynn’s conversation with Chase about Lulu Spencer’s teenage abortion seemed to hit a personal chord, making fans wonder if Brook Lynn is keeping a major part of her past under wraps.

Brook Lynn’s Hidden Pregnancy?

Brook Lynn's new husband, Harrison, seems to be privy to something. It appeared like Brook Lynn had something she wanted to share with Chase as she was thinking back on her past with Lulu, but in the end, she remained silent.

When Brook Lynn and Chase talked about Lulu's abortion following her adolescent pregnancy, something in Lulu's story appeared to speak to Brook Lynn. It's possible that Brook Lynn will eventually acknowledge that she was pregnant as a teenager as well, as she and Chase have agreed to try for another child.

However, it is more plausible that Brook Lynn placed her child for adoption rather than having an abortion. Since she wasn't even close to being ready to parent a child at the time, she probably didn't know what happened to the child after that.

But if her mother Lois knows more than she is letting on, that child might be a lot closer than Brook Lynn realizes. Lois had told Carly a story about Gio's late parents a while ago.

However, it appeared as though Lois was withholding some information. Gio doesn't know if he was adopted.

Could Dante Be the Father?

It's possible that Lois took care of the adoption herself, giving Brook Lynn's child to a lady who reared Gio as her own. Gio learned that his mother passed away when he was quite small and that his biological father passed away before he was even born.

All of that, though, might have been a lie. It appears that at some point in their past, Dante may have gotten Brook Lynn pregnant. This most likely took place when Carly was paying Brook Lynn to separate Dante and Lulu.

It's possible that Brook Lynn finally left town and had the baby secretly, with just Lois and maybe Sonny knowing, rather than telling Dante. Thus, none of them would be aware that Dante and Brook Lynn might actually be Gio's parents.
