A Dog Thrown off By the Previous Owner Rescued by Aly Mac

Aly Mac, a dog lover with a house full of dogs, was preparing to take her dogs for a walk. While she was stepping out, she saw white fur in between the grass. On examination, she found a dog lying there. 

She approached the dog to check if he was breathing. What happens now? Is the dog alive? Why is the dog lying there? Will she be able to recover?

A Heartbreaking Discovery

Aly Mac said that she was not sure if the dog was alive because the dog was not opening her eyes even after a lot of bulging. But to her relief, she started to open her eyes after some time. She was looking quite exhausted.

Aly Mac cancelled the plan of taking her dogs for a walk and started tending to the dog. She bought her some food and water. On smelling the food, the dog started eating it and finished it all. She also drank some water. She laid back on the ground again. But Mac Al could take a picture of the dog when she lifted her head up.

She took the dog inside her house. 

On examination, Aly Mac assesses that the dog has a lot of scars on her body. She thought that the dog had gone through breeding. She took the dog to a vet. The dog didn't have a microchip but she had a lot of parasites on her body. 

The Healing Begins

After coming home, she gave the dog a good bath. The dog earlier not wanting a bath slept the best after it. Mac, with the team at Love Leo Rescue, figured out that the previous owner of the dog discarded her when she was of no use.

Since Mac already had a lot of dogs at her home, she couldn’t keep her, but they found a foster carer for her. There the dog was named "coconut.”

The dog was given a trainer to help her recover from the past trauma. The video of coconut that Mac took went viral on Instagram. The dog touched the hearts of a lot of people. They received mail and messages for adoption from a range of people.

The rescue group could soon find the perfect owner for the dog and now the dog is living a happy and healthy life with her owners.
