Justice may be delayed since on September 26, Sharon cleared the crime scene and threw Heather's shrouded body into the river. Eventually though, Lucy will come to understand that her mother's death was caused by Sharon and Heather's altercation.

Although Heather wasn't Lucy's biological mother, she was still her mother in all meaningful aspects. Lucy might hold herself somewhat responsible for the mishap that sent Sharon insane.

Nevertheless, Lucy would undoubtedly hold Sharon accountable as well and might decide to exact revenge on her own. It's not hard to see Lucy concluding that she should erase Sharon off the map after Sharon erased Heather.

Lucy may be plotting Sharon's terrible demise and preparing for a dramatic showdown. It won't be difficult for Y&R to bring Lucy's wild side a little farther, given that she has recently been acting a little erratic.

Sharon’s Crime and Delayed Justice

We all know that would not actually make Lucy feel better, but she might develop an obsession with the idea of holding Sharon accountable for Heather's passing. Perhaps Faith could intervene to help Lucy relax and persuade her not to hurt Sharon in the end. Perhaps Faith will save Sharon's life and prevent Lucy from making a terrible error.
