The Bold and the Beautiful reveals that Cassandra Creech will reprise her role as Dr. Grace Buckingham during the week of September 30 to October 4, returning just in time to get involved in Taylor’s ongoing health crisis.

With Taylor’s recent collapse and a grim heart failure diagnosis, Dr. Buckingham’s medical expertise could play a crucial role in determining Taylor’s future.

Taylor’s Health Crisis Deepens

A well-known face is returning to the CBS soap opera. There's a solid reason why Cassandra Creech will be returning to her role as Dr. Grace Buckingham the week of September 30-October 4. Ridge will question Taylor about what's going on after she awakens from her collapse in the Forrester salon.

Ridge might recall Taylor's insinuations that life is fleeting and valuable and become concerned that she is ill. At some point, Taylor will come clean about her impending death, which will catch Ridge off guard.

While Taylor provides updates on her doctor's visit to Europe and how she was diagnosed with heart failure, Ridge will continue to stress that something can't be right. Ridge is going to pressure Taylor to seek a second opinion because he simply will not accept that.

Ridge will feel as though perhaps there is still hope for her future, but Taylor will not see the point in listening to another doctor tell her that she is fading quickly.

Naturally, Li was the one Taylor went to recently for a list of recommended cardiologists.

Is There Still Hope for Taylor?

Although Taylor's refusal to accept Ridge's suggestion for a second opinion is illogical, it makes no difference because he will still be able to reach her. Fans of B&B will remember that Dr. Grace Buckingham is the mother of Paris and Zoe; however, this time, she will be returning to her medical role.

That should come as no surprise considering that Dr. Buckingham was also Katie's doctor the last time she appeared on the show. Since Katie showed no symptoms of heart transplant rejection, Dr. Buckingham declared her a miracle in December 2022.

Is there any positive news that Dr. Buckingham can share with Taylor? Is it possible that Taylor's diagnosis was incorrect and that there is still hope? Taylor might not know what to believe anymore because she will be doubting the diagnosis that Dr. Buckingham gives her!
