The Young and the Restless reveals Sharon's murder of Heather. While everyone is still learning about Heather's death, Sharon will continue to hide her traces.

So, if "Heather" continues to haunt her killer, may Sharon wind herself confessing on the spot?

Sharon is likely to have another hallucination, rather than Heather's true spirit. However, this hallucination has the potential to put a stop to Sharon's craziness.

    Will Sharon Crack Under Pressure?

Y&R reveals that Heather discovered Sharon in the penthouse. Sharon blacked out during a dispute.

Heather was no longer alive when she woke up. Cameron, Sharon's hallucination, pushed her to dispose of the body and any evidence.

That's precisely what Sharon did, all while protecting her loved ones. Sharon feels guilty but does not want to go to prison.

Most of all, Sharon is afraid of what Nick, Faith, and Mariah would think if they discovered the truth.

However, Sharon's guilt is insufficient to compel her to disclose the truth.

Sharon is seeing a psychiatrist again and appears to be taking medicine, although any changes may take many weeks to manifest.

Meanwhile, Sharon maintains a front and pretends that everything is perfect.

According to The Young and the Restless, Sharon believes that taking her medications again will cause Cameron to finally disappear.

But what if Cameron hangs around, trying to force Sharon to execute unspeakable acts?

Will Sharon Fall Deeper Into Darkness?

Cameron is clearly a hallucination and not real, yet to Sharon, he appears to be just as genuine as everyone else.

With Cameron now pressuring Sharon to kill Daniel, it appears like the tale is only getting started!

Now that Heather's body has been discovered, a murder inquiry will most certainly begin.

Sharon might be questioned because she went missing around the time Heather died. It is also possible that someone saw Sharon that night but was too terrified to confront her.

No one certainly wouldn't answer their door if they saw someone bringing a body down the hall!

There is also the possibility that Sharon left behind some proof. All of the inquiries might exacerbate Sharon's guilt.

If that happens, she might simply spiral much deeper. What happens if another delusion appears?

What if "Heather" begins harassing Sharon, eventually driving her to confess? Does Sharon have a chance to be saved now?
