Meghan Markle is not happy that Prince Harry wishes to ‘reconnect’ with the Beckhams

The once-close friendship between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and Victoria and David Beckham has reportedly cooled since the Sussexes departed from royal duties. Nonetheless, it was previously thought that the Duke would be eager to have the Beckhams return to their social circle and reunite with his old friends and acquaintances after spending years in California, far from his childhood home. Meghan is reportedly less excited about the concept, though.

Despite earlier reports indicating that Victoria, one of the Spice Girls, was never a "fan" of the Duchess, she remained "friendly and welcoming." But now that both parties have stopped talking, "she is not bothered at all.”

The insider claimed that Meghan is beneath them to be pleading with the Beckhams for approval.

Despite their protracted separation, which was made worse by Harry's explosive accusations in his scandalous autobiography Spare, an insider claimed that Harry views David and Victoria as possible go-betweens for William and that they could help mend the royal rift. "He thinks that winning David's endorsement would help ease his brother's tensions."

The source added: “Both David and Victoria put great importance on family and would never, ever turn on their relations the way that Harry and Meghan did.” Besides William’s, David has kept a tight bond with King Charles. He was seen sharing a laugh with William at a recent charity event.

Prince Harry is struggling to reconcile with Royals

Harry, on the other hand, is attempting to forge his route by traveling to different countries and areas to support charitable causes without the backing of the royal family. He is eager to patch things up with his family, as they became estranged following the upheaval his memoir, Spare, caused. He is supposedly "struggling" to do so because Meghan Markle is "bossy" and likes to "call the shots."

Another source remarked, “It’s clear that Harry has a lot of apologizing to do, but he is struggling because he still feels scorned by his family.”

Harry has returned to London multiple times for different reasons, such as his involvement in the Invictus Games, King Charles's cancer announcement, and his honorary guest status at the WellChild Awards. During these visits, he says he has not had a chance to talk to his family. The source continued, "But his father's and sister-in-law's recent health struggles have put things into perspective, and he knows he must do everything he can to make things right."

As long as Meghan Markle maintains her grip on Prince Harry, royal insiders doubt that he will be able to mend the rifts in his family's relationships. They think that for true reconciliation, he needs to stand on his own.
