Looney Luna comes to mind as a potential serial murderer who may be even more nasty than Sheila.

Luna's abduction and imprisonment of Steffy in a cage, starved while a building is being demolished, rivals Sheila's bee-based murder of Lance!

Has Luna Out-Cruelled Sheila?

Anaphylaxis from beestings was a horrible and agonizing death, but starving to death in a cage while refusing to drink water may have been far worse.

Steffy is Luna's cousin-in-law, but Sheila is unrelated to Lance, despite the fact that Sheila abandoned her mother in a burning house to die.

Sheila was only a few years older than Luna when she abandoned Molly's burning house, which included both her and Lauren.

Fortunately, both ladies escaped, and Sheila left for Los Angeles at that moment.

Sheila escaped prison several times, and Luna may do the same--especially if she uses her feminine charms on male prison guards and persuades one to rescue her.

Luna might easily find her own version of Mike in prison, someone who is so enamored with her that she could take advantage of him.

Or it might be a female guard; Luna could pull off a same-sex seduction with no one knowing--not even her own mother was aware of her abilities!

Prison Break in the Works?

Luna had already killed twice and was working on a third with Steffy, whom she fully planned to kill.
