MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - An unsettled weather pattern will continue through the weekend with several rounds of showers and storms offering up additional drought relief. Plenty of humidity will remain in place on Friday. With a weak front stalled near the area, storms will once again develop especially in the afternoon and evening. While no significant severe weather is expected, any storm that develops will put down potentially very heavy rainfall. Friday’s rain chances remain at 60%.
