While this holiday is a day" in honor of working people," wouldn't it be nice to get a break from fighting crowds in the name of FOMO events? Here's a list of the 15 easiest Labor Day weekend events in Los Angeles to do just that.

    Specialty Bites for Labor Day Weekend

    If you still haven't had lobster this summer, sink your claws into this deal: the annual 3-Course Lobster Menu at The Palm DTLA. Pricing begins at $139 for two people and includes a starter like a Lobster Bisque, a Jumbo Lobster main, and a Dessert to share. Reserve here until September 2nd.

    The 626 Night Market is happening from August 30th to September 1st at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia. Admission is $5.77 pre-sale, and kids under 3 are FREE. The Night Market features food stalls, crafts, games, and more. Hours are 4 p.m. to midnight. Get your tickets here.

    Also for your consideration is the weekly Smorgasburg LA at Row DTLA. Sunday, September 1st, is the last day to enjoy Ice Cream Alley with favorites like Kinrose Creamery and the Churro Boss Truck. Also on deck are more than a dozen other foodie vendors. Hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., with one hour of free parking included. Go early to avoid the rush.

    Get your Labor Day weekend started early with the Los Angeles Rum Fest 2024 (Pop Up) on August 29th at the rooftop of the Haas Building DTLA beginning at 5 p.m. Get your tickets here.

    August 30th is National Mai Tai Day, and Islands Restaurants will be celebrating with their signature Mai Tais for just $5.99.
