GALAX, Va. (WDBJ) - A man is dead after an officer-involved shooting in Galax Monday, June 24 at 1:04 p.m. Virginia State Police attempted to stop a person driving a Toyota Tacoma traveling on Route 58 near Glendale Rd in Carroll County at 12:53 p.m. The person refused to stop, which led to a pursuit, according to Virginia State Police.
Drinking water clinics for homeowners with wells, spring set
Affordable water testing and information about water quality, spring care and well maintenance will be offered for homeowners through Virginia Cooperative Extension, Carroll County, again this year.
