CARO — A teenage driver has pleaded no contest to a crime after police say he lost control of his vehicle on a slushy M-81, striking a police car and injuring a deputy. Deven J. Summer road project planned for Bay City. Here’s what it will mean for commuters.
BAY CITY, MI – Local and state agencies are planning to team up with the assistance of federal grants to finance a series of road repairs on the city’s North Side. The city and the Bay County Road Commission are planning to partner – along with the use of state and federal grants – to complete concrete pavement repairs on Wilder Road and Truman Parkway as well as to repair concrete joints and place an asphalt overlay on Tiernan Road.
