El Paisa to Bring Serious Tacos to New Location

The self proclaimed “Original Taco Stand”, El Paisa , will open a location at 1912 Parker Roa d in Carrollton later this year according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

According to the filing, the construction of the 3,516-square-foot space will also feature a drive-thru, so taco-lovers can get their fix on the go.

El Paisa opened in 1998 has been serving authentic Mexican cuisine every since. Paisa means “friend”, a reflection of the friendly, sincere service customers have come to love and expect from the restaurant. According to the website the restaurant makes their food fresh every morning in our kitchens.  “El Paisa takes pride in making “serious tacos” authentic of what you would find at taquerias in Mexico.  The recipes have been handed down through the El Paisa family and are served up at each of the metroplex locations.”
