Chicha San Chen to Bring Taiwanese Boba Spot to Carrollton

Chicha San Chen is a boba an authentic Taiwanese tea shop devoted to detail and design. The brand is opening a new location at 2225 Old Denton Road later this summer, according to a recent filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Menu items include a wide selection of of teas, from Oolong to Black tea, as well as milk teas, all with the option of adding bubbles or boba. Creative options include Brown Sugar Bubble Tea, Cassia Black Tea with Mousse, and Honey Osmanthus Oolong Tea.

The website outlines their process of “cultivating, plucking, roasting and farm management” and the believe that “tea is one of the best crops for human beings. Devoting ourselves to tea brewing for more than 2 decades, we’ve been insisting on repeating each detail and striving toward perfection. The process is never tiresome, and we will insist on the spirit forever.”
