Man seeking asylum in US charged with financial exploitation of Carter County woman
CARTER COUNTY, Tenn. (WCYB) — A man seeking asylum in the United States has been arrested and charged with fraud and financial exploitation of a Carter County woman. Carter County deputies arrested 50-year-old Xiaozhong Zheng, whose listed address is Brooklyn, New York, on charges of financial exploitation of an elderly person, fraud, and theft of property.
