City of Elizabethton issues boil water advisory for part of western Carter County
ELIZABETHTON — The City of Elizabethton Water Resources has issued a precautionary boil water notice for some of its customers on the western end of Carter County. The precaution is being issued because of water main break that occurred on Tenn. Highway 400 near the intersection with Cripple Creek Loop.
