Police investigating shooting in Brockton mall parking lot
BROCKTON, MASS. (WHDH) - An investigation got underway in Brockton Thursday night after a man was shot in the parking lot of Brockton’s Westgate Mall, police said. Brockton police said the 21-year-old victim was “critically injured” in the shooting. After being dropped off at a local hospital, police said, he was stabilized and taken to a separate medical facility in Boston.

Delta to Open New Widebody Crew Base
Delta is planning to open a new pilot base in Boston. As reported by aviation insider JonNYC on Twitter/X, the carrier plans to have up to 250 pilots at the new base. In a memo, the airline told pilots that Boston was the first base outside its existing hubs opened in “quite a while.” According to information from Airline Pilot Central, Delta does have other A330 pilot bases in Atlanta, Detroit, Minneapolis/St. Paul, New York, and Seattle. Delta also has a flight attendant base in Boston.
