A group comprised of local residents, business owners, and city officials formed earlier this year to evaluate MDOT’s proposed plans to overhaul the I-94 business loop from the Military Street Bridge to Glenwood. Part of the evaluation included a survey that was circulated back in April, asking residents how they think traffic should be maintained and what changes they’d like to see made to the thoroughfare.
