Law firm: Michigan's 'most dangerous' intersections are mostly in metro Detroit
Michigan Auto Law in Farmington Hills compiles an annual list of the most dangerous intersections in the state based upon findings from Michigan State Police official data. The law firm says Eleven Mile Road/I-696 at Van Dyke Avenue is the most dangerous intersection in Michigan, with 218 crashes and 52 injuries. Crashes increased 69.9% over the last five years, from 129 in 2019 to 218 in 2023.
