FLINT, Michigan (WJRT) -- The investigation continues into how more than 1,000 gallons of an oily substance leaked into the Flint River last week. Flint Mayor Sheldon Neeley's office says authorities have removed about 1,200 gallons of an oil and water mix since the leak was reported one week ago from a storm sewer outfall in the 1400 block of James P. Cole Boulevard between Merrill and Wood streets.
