Knife held to throat of handyman who finds sleeping homeless pair in residence
A homeless man and woman were charged with burglary when a handyman found them asleep at the home he was working on. Deputies were dispatched to an undisclosed Eustis residence regarding a handyman finding a male, 46-year-old Kenneth Ray Hutchinson, and female, 35-year-old April Dominique Cain, who broke into said residence around 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies were advised that Hutchinson held a knife to the handyman’s throat.
