A$AP Rocky Breaks Silence On Drake Beef: “That Little Kitty Sh-t Ain’t About Nothing”

C overing Billboard’s latest issue is rapper A$AP Rocky , and we see him in dad mode.

However, you have to ask him about his role in the most recent and arguably biggest rap beef, in which seemingly most of the industry aimed at Drake, right?

Now that the barbs have (somewhat) slowed down, Rocky understands it’s been simmering for years.

“You got to realize, certain n-ggas was throwing shots for years. I ain’t in the middle of that sh-t,” he says. “That’s not how I retaliate right now. I got bigger fish to fry than some p-ssy boys.”

He explains that the issues within the music business industry are nothing compared to actual street problems, which have much more consequences, so this rolls off his back.

“It is real beef outside. It is real. N-ggas getting really clipped and blitzed every day. N-ggas sniping n-ggas every day. That little kitty sh-t ain’t about nothing,” he adds.

Rocky is more concerned with raising his two sons with Rihanna—2-year-old RZA and 1-year-old Riot Rose—attempting to allow them to have average childhoods like he did.

Plus, he plans to do it in Harlem, too, or at least a similarly lively city.

“I think being in Harlem allows you the freedom of walking to the store, walking to the park, getting clear in your mind, going to the swings, being more present and active. I think if you live in a suburb somewhere, you’re probably more inclined to just go to work, go to the mall, driving and shit. Here is just present. You are more in the thick of it,” he said, adding that despite their parents’ megastar status, “They still human. They human beings.”
