Friday Gamblers, Other Race and Award Winners at IHRA Division 6 Summit Team Finals
PARKER, SD — It was time to double up Friday at the IHRA Division 6 (Midwest) Summit Team Finals at Thunder Valley Dragways. There were two Gamblers races, along with tow-rig, track operators races and best appearing awards presented at the South Dakota drag strip. Paul Sanders took the doubling up literally, winning both No Box races.

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A back-and-forth battle went the way of the RedHawks in their penultimate home game of the season Saturday, as Fargo-Moorhead took down Sioux Falls 12-8. It was FM jumping out in front with a pair of crooked numbers, with the RedHawks tallying four runs each in the second and fourth innings.

MADISON, S.D. – Dakota State (S.D.) kicked off their home volleyball schedule Saturday afternoon, holding rival Dakota Wesleyan (S.D.) to below .100 hitting percentage for a 3-1 match victory at DSU Fieldhouse. Set scores were 25-19, 25-20, 24-26, and 25-15. Both teams received votes (RV) to the NAIA Women's Volleyball Coaches' Top 25 preseason poll. The Trojans won their second straight match, lifting their overall record to 3-2. DWU fell to 1-4 overall record.
Harrisburg wins girls match, draws in boys with BV
HARRISBURG, S.D. (KELO) — Harrisburg hosted Brandon Valley for a soccer doubleheader Saturday. The boys contest opened the day’s action and was played to a scoreless draw.
