UPDATE: Kingsport crash victim dies from injuries
Police officials announced the death of 25-year-old Noah Pence. His body has been sent to the Jenkins Forensics Center for an autopsy. Pence’s hatchback went off the side of the road on South John B. Dennis Highway, struck a guardrail, then hit an SUV while overcorrecting. The momentum sent Pence’s car off the highway and collided with a tree, causing a fire.
