Perrysburg Sculpture Walk gets new pieces to display Aug. 26
The Perrysburg Sculpture Walk, an outdoor art exhibit at Woodlands Park, 429 E. Boundary St., is closing Sunday and a new exhibit will be installed the week of Aug. 26. The current exhibit features 14 sculptures. The sculpture walk is an opportunity to view an eclectic mix of artwork from nationally and internationally renowned artists. The sculptures, which are placed along the perimeter and entryway of the park, showcase a range of mediums, including clay, aluminum, bronze, and various forms of steel. Each piece tells a story, from whimsical giant dogs to kinetic works that move with the wind, and chimes that create soundscapes. The sculptures are illuminated at night, offering a different perspective on the art.
