Mama Cat Loses Her 6 Kittens To Help Raise 9 Other Little Ones in Heartbreaking Video

Earlier this month, a rescuer shared a heartbreaking incident when a mama cat, who was affectionately named Biscuit, lost all her precious little kittens. However, the feline stayed strong and helped raise some motherless kittens in desperate need of a lactating mom. While the mama cat mourned the loss of her kittens, she fostered several more, becoming a “hero” for the little ones who had lost their mom.

On Aug. 5, TikTok user @giddykittykat posted a tear-jerking video of a mama cat losing her kittens. The story of the creator and the pregnant feline starts with Biscuit approaching her. The rescuer could tell she was close to her due date and didn’t have the heart to leave her. The kitty couldn’t stop “making biscuits” after the Good Samaritan brought her back home, which earned her the name Biscuit.

Biscuit soon gave birth to six adorable little tabby kittens, and the rescuer affectionately called the litter “Pastry.” The little ones were doing well and “thriving” until a male stray cat managed to break in. He attacked Biscuit and her kittens, leaving behind a horrifying scene that gave the creator a severe panic attack. She was rushed to the ER for the same. However, when she returned home, Biscuit was waiting for her outside their house.

The creator realized it would do the mama cat no good to witness the horrifying scene and be reminded of losing her kittens, so she called foster care to ask if they needed a lactating mom. Since the kitten season is ongoing, it is no surprise the organization desperately needed one. Thus, the cat met her foster babies. Although the mama cat lost her six kittens, she gained nine more in their place.

The tabby cat was more than happy to accept the orange kitties as her own, nursing and showering them with love. As such, the feline was a “true hero” for the motherless little ones , as they could have met their end without her.
