    Statement by Councilor Ed Flynn on the Carney Hospital

    It was bold and decisive leadership by Governor Healey to ensure that

    St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center remains open through state authority and

    eminent domain. I am once again calling on Mayor Wu to provide

    similar courageous and compassionate leadership for the Carney

    Hospital as well. The Carney Hospital can be saved if we have the

    determination and will to fight for it.
