Thursday : A weak cold front will move into Alabama and fall apart. It will have enough energy to set off a few stray showers with a partly cloudy sky. We stay hot with highs in the middle 90s, and the heat index 100-105°.

Friday: Friday will remain hot and humid, and an upper-level wave will move over the state from the north. This could set off a few showers again. High temperatures will be in the lower to middle 90s, and the heat index around 100°.

Weekend Outlook : A stronger dry cold front will move across Alabama on Saturday, and this will bring us some much more comfortable humidity levels.

Tracking the Tropics : Debby is now moving inland. This will spread more flooding rain across SC/NC. Debby will pick up speed and track north up the I-95 corridor through the weekend with plenty of heavy rain causing flooding issues.
