    ‘Jazz in the Grove’ music festival set for Sept. 1

    PLEASANT GROVE, Ala. ( WIAT ) — The third annual “Jazz in the Grove” music festival will be returning Labor Day weekend.

    The event is scheduled for Sept. 1 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the parking lot at Pleasant Grove High School. There will be food trucks, vendors and music. Children can enjoy face painting, bubbles and photo booths.

    “For the past 3 years we have celebrated our great city while supporting local artists, food vendors and merchants at the same time,” said Pleasant Grove City Councilwoman Yolanda Lawson in a statement. “We hope you will join us.”
