Argument leads to shooting in Tuscaloosa

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WIAT ) — A man was arrested following a shooting in Tuscaloosa Tuesday.

Henry Eford, 63, has been charged with attempted murder after a shooting in the 3700 block of Sheffield Court at 3 p.m. Tuesday. The victim was taken to DCH Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening.

According to the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff’s Office’s violent crimes unit, the shooting happened following an argument.

Eford is being held at the Tuscaloosa Jail on no bond.
