    3rd arrest made in deadly gas station shooting in Bessemer

    BESSEMER, Ala. ( WIAT ) — A third arrest has been made following a shooting at a gas station in Bessemer where three men were killed.

    Jeffery Dwaine Moody Jr., 22, was arrested Friday and charged with attempted murder in connection with a shooting at the Citgo gas station on 200 Fourth Avenue North on Aug. 30. According to the Bessemer Police Department, the shooting started in the parking lot and carried over inside store after the victims ran into the business and the shooters followed them.

    Police had previously arrested Raukeem Cunningham, 20, who was subsequently charged with capital murder. Willie Stokes III was also arrested and charge with hindering prosecution.

    Moody was taken to the Jefferson County Jail, where he was released after posting $500,000 bond.

    well, that other guy they arrested was out on bond for murder then got arrested in leeds on gun charges and then in Homewood for gun charges and resisting arrest plead guilty on both and still out on bond then kills 3
