Former Birmingham-Southern College President reacts to Miles College purchasing BSC campus

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WIAT ) — Months after Birmingham-Southern College closed, Miles College has now agreed to buy its 192-acre campus.

BSC announced that the former college and Miles College had signed a purchase agreement for the campus. Both boards of trustees from the institutions have signed off on the matter.

On Thursday morning, the former president of Birmingham-Southern College, Daniel Coleman, joined CBS 42 Morning News to discuss the agreement and what the next steps are.
