Manjari Sharma to give free lecture on her artwork at UAB

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WIAT ) — An Indian-born artist will give a free talk about her work next week in Birmingham.

Manjari Sharma, whose exhibits “The Universe is a Mirror” and “Looking for Silver Lining” are now on display at UAB, will give a lecture at the Abroms-Engel Institute for the Visual Arts on Monday. The discussion will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Sharma’s work has been featured in The New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times and other placess.
