Birmingham Public Library hosting Halloween events

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ( WIAT ) — The Birmingham Public Library is hosting nearly 40 free Halloween events and programs throughout October. 31 of these events will be held between Oct. 16 and Oct. 31.
