Football Forecasts : The weather will be great for all of the local college teams this weekend. Most are out of town, but Samford will be home with plenty of sunshine and mild temperatures.

Next Week Outlook : The dry weather pattern continues next week as high pressure sits over the Eastern U.S. Monday through Thursday will have sunshine and warmer high temperatures ranging from the upper 70s to middle 80s. A weak cold front could move through on Friday, but I expect no rain with highs around 80.

Invest 94, a trough of low pressure, is located north of Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. The system is forecast to quickly move north of Puerto Rico and Hispaniola by Saturday and over the Bahamas this weekend. No development is possible due to strong wind shear. NHC gives this system a low chance of developing.
