Firefighters battling massive fire at commercial structure in Fontana
Firefighters are battling a massive fire at a commercial building in Fontana. The blaze was first reported at around 8:30 p.m. at a pallet yard in the 1500 block of Whittram Avenue, according to San Bernardino County Fire Department officials. Crews reported that about a quarter-acre of stacked pallets were "well involved with exposures," and that multiple power poles were also involved. As the firefight continued, 13 engines, five trucks and about 70 firefighters were on the scene of the fire. "If you are in the area, please stay indoors due to smoke and air quality concerns," firefighters said on X. No evacuations have yet been ordered. The cause of the blaze remains under investigation. Farrington's one-touch shot from the right side of the area was kick-saved by goalkeeper John McCarthy but Musa was there for the putback into a wide-open net from the center of the area that gave Dallas a 1-0 lead in the 19th minute. Homeless man arrested after getting caught mid-bath in above ground pool at Riverside home
Riverside police arrested a homeless man after he was captured on a family's home surveillance system while he used their above ground pool to bathe on Thursday. They say that it happened a little before 11 a.m. at a house in the downtown area, where officers were sent upon first learning that the man was standing on the front porch of the home, according to Riverside Police Department Public Information officer Ryan Railsback. Despite telling the man that he had to leave or he would be arrested, they say he returned to the property about an hour later. That's when the family's Ring camera spotted him taking his shirt off before climbing into the pool. While standing inside, he can be seen as he appears to clean his clothes and bathe himself. Police arrived shortly later and took the man, identified as 42-year-old Clarence Cleveland Allen, into custody. Police have launched an investigation in Arcadia after the latest instance of a camouflaged camera was found hidden across the street from a home last week.
