The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets open the season against the No. 10 Florida State Seminoles in a Week 0 showdown over in Ireland on Saturday, Aug. 24. Georgia Tech finished the 2023 season with a 7-6 record but made a bowl game, its first since 2018. On Dec. 22, the Yellow Jackets beat UCF 30-17 in the Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl. Meanwhile, Florida State was blown out 63-3 by Georgia in the Orange Bowl despite going undefeated in the regular season.
