The reason we have him ranked so low is that we need him to finish as a top-two tight end to be a successful breakout pick, as most of his upside is baked into his draft price already. But when you look at where Kelce and Andrews are drafted in comparison, there is still some profit potential at his Round 5 price," White told SportsLine.

Anthony Richardson, QB, Indianapolis Colts: Richardson's rookie season came to an end after only four games due to a shoulder injury. The former Florida standout is one of the most physically gifted players to ever enter the NFL, and his small sample size of work in 2023 was impressive. In four starts, Richardson threw for 577 yards, three touchdowns, and one interception, and rushed for 136 yards and four scores. If he stays healthy, the 22-year-old could explode in 2024.

"Like with Kincaid, the biggest drawback with putting Richardson on my list isn't his breakout potential but rather that the market is already baking it into his price by making him the sixth QB off the board. But I look at what Shane Steichen did for Jalen Hurts and believe there is still potential to get to that top-three finish at the position if Richardson can stay healthy.
