NFL DFS, 49ers vs. Seahawks: Top DraftKings, FanDuel daily Fantasy football picks on Thursday Night Football

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings was the star of Week 3, when he finished as the WR1 in Fantasy football 2024 after having 11 receptions for 175 yards and three touchdowns. He had a season-high 12 targets, but much of that usage was due to Deebo Samuel and George Kittle both out. Jennings still had 88 yards the following game before having just one catch for 13 yards last week, so how should daily Fantasy football players factor Jennings into their Thursday Night Football NFL DFS strategy against the Seahawks at 8:15 p.m. ET? Can you still trust Jennings for NFL DFS lineups with San Francisco's star playmakers healthy, or is it time to fade him for NFL DFS picks? Before setting your NFL DFS lineups on sites like DraftKings and FanDuel for Seahawks vs. 49ers, be sure to check out the NFL DFS advice, strategy, and stacks from SportsLine daily Fantasy expert Mike McClure .
McClure is a legendary professional DFS player with more than $2 million in career winnings. He uses a powerful prediction model that simulates every snap of NFL action, taking factors such as matchups, statistical trends, and injuries into account. This allows him to find the best DFS values that he shares only with members at SportsLine. His methodology has led to enormous cashes on FanDuel and DraftKings. Last year, he won the DraftKings Millionaire Maker twice and the FanDuel Million once. Anyone who has followed him is way up.
One of McClure's top NFL DFS picks for Thursday Night Football is Jordan Mason . The 25-year-old is in his third NFL season since being signed by the 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2022, but if you didn't know better, you'd think he was the San Francisco running back many hoped to have the No. 1 overall pick in their Fantasy football drafts to select. Mason is second in the NFL in rushing yards (536) with a touchdown in three of five games this year. He is RB6 in Fantasy football after starting all five games with Christian McCaffrey (Achilles/calf) out to begin the year.
Mason is also receiving the McCaffrey workload, playing on 75.3% of snaps. He was tied for the NFL lead in snap percentage (78%) entering Week 4 as one of the few running backs playing on more than 75% of snaps. He's accounted for 79.5% of all non-quarterback rush attempts this season and that usage shouldn't change on Thursday. The Seahawks allowed Giants rookie running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. to run for 129 yards on 18 carries for 7.2 yards per rush last week despite Tracy never having more than five attempts in his first four career games.
Part of McClure's optimal NFL DFS strategy also includes rostering Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf. The 26-year-old had three straight games with more than 100 yards entering last week before being held to four receptions for 55 yards against the Giants. The Seahawks scored a season-low 20 points last week in a surprising result to New York but Seattle is 11th in the NFL in scoring (24.4 points per game) in large part due to Metcalf's offensive presence.
The 6-foot-4, 235-pound imposing receiver is fourth in the NFL in receiving yards (421) and tied for 10th in receptions (28). He had 1,114 yards, the second-most in his first five NFL seasons, last year and is averaging 68 receiving yards per game since Geno Smith became the starting QB in 2022. He's led the Seahawks in receiving yards in back-to-back seasons and never finished lower than second on the team in receptions and given his status as the clear WR1 even in a deeper Seattle WR room, McClure views Metcalf as a strong option for Thursday Night Football NFL DFS lineups.
