Typical of Fayetteville to collect Storm Water Management fees and never pay it back. All the roads and parking areas are creating these problems. They stuck it to Arran Lakes,!Loch Lomond, Rayconda and Strickland Bridge. They loved the extra money for property taxes on lake dwellers. Just look around at the roads where drains are not maintained. So many areas didn’t get promised sidewalks. They don’t tell you if they paid money back to the Risk Fund they took $9 million to fund the Woodpeckers.

why the city should or if it HOA they should who give a fk . We pay taxs or HOA fees now, get in your damn truck, and fix it . But then again, never live in a HOA neighborhood it's a jail.
