    GCSO: Marion woman charged with dealing resulting in death

    MARION, Ind. — The Grant County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Marion woman on Thursday, charging her with two counts related to fatal drug dealing.

    According to the GCSO, the JEAN Team Drug Task Force Detectives were aided by the Marion Police Department to arrest 30-year-old Kaylee M. Vanness, after an arrest warrant was issued.

    Vanness now faces the following charges:

    • Dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death (Level 1 Felony)
    • Dealing in cocaine or a narcotic drug (Level 5 Felony)

    If convicted, Vanness could face up to 40 years in prison.

    This remains an ongoing investigation. The GCSO said that if anyone has information regarding drug dealing in their area, they are encouraged to call the JEAN Team Drug Task Force at (765) 664-0019.

    She did get help, she stayed in for 7 days in rehab. She thinks she's all good, that was 4 years ago, lol. Well, look at her now..I just know who she is unfortunately
