Tractor trailer lands on four-wheeler after skidding off overpass

No one was seriously hurt after a tractor trailer skidded off an overpass and landed on top of a passing convertible in Tennessee on Sunday morning.

The accident occurred on Interstate 26 westbound near mile marker 22 in Johnson City, Tennessee.

According to News Channel 11 , the tractor trailer skidded off the roadway as it crossed a bridge overpass and landed on a convertible traveling on E Fairview Avenue.

Both the truck driver and the motorist were transported to a nearby hospital with non life threatening injuries. Their current condition is not known.

No further information has been released.
