BOLO: Elderly man last seen near MO Pilot

Police in Missouri are on the lookout for a missing elderly man last seen walking toward a truck stop earlier this week.

72-year-old Thomas Jonathan Gil was last seen at Higginsville Junction in Missouri on Sept. 23, 2024 after leaving his home in Warrensburg on September 22nd.

According to KCTV5 , Gil was last seen walking towards the Pilot truck stop at 6676 MO-13.

Gil is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs about 140 pounds, and has white hair and brown eyes. Gil has dementia, schizophrenia, and walks hunched over with a shuffling gait.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact 911 or the Warrensburg Police Department at 660-747-5511.
