The accident happened on Monday, October 7th at 11:11 p.m. on Interstate 35 North at O’Connor Road in San Antonio, Texas.

According to Kens5 , a woman driving a silver Ford pickup truck ran into the back of the tractor trailer at a high rate of speed, pinning her pickup underneath the trailer. The pickup truck then caught fire.
