not necessarily. whether he was black or white not all cops are itching to kill someone. some would do everything in their power to not have to use their service weapon.

I'm not trying to get into the race thing but if he was black he would have been on the floor eadfd I never see a cop run from a suspect I've never seen that in all 40 of my Years of Living it's actually quite funny
