Paws in the Park set for Sept. 14

NORTH EAST — Mark your calendars for the 11th Annual Paws in the Park Fundraiser to benefit House Of Hope Animal Rescue.

This is a family friendly event — including your canine members — to enjoy a day of fun and activities in North East Community Park.

Register by Aug. 25 at https://tinyurl.com/4yd67dun to take part in the Pet Parade around the park and get a commemorative T-shirt. Use the same link to become a vendor for $40. Non-profit organizations participate for free. Vendor registration closes Sept. 1.

House of Hope Animal Rescue is 100% volunteer operated with a focus getting dogs healthy and finding them forever homes. All of the money raised goes to that mission. This is their biggest annual fundraiser.

Paws in the Park will be from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. with demonstrations, activities, music, vendors and more. North East Community Park is located at 300 Cherry St.
