Businessman Sandy Pensler drops out of U.S. Senate race, endorses Mike Rogers
Businessman Sandy Pensler has withdrawn from the Republican Senate race in Michigan just ahead of the state's primary, throwing his support behind former U.S. Rep. Mike Rogers for the party's nomination. Pensler made the announcement at Donald Trump's rally in Grand Rapids on Saturday after being called onto to stage by the former president. Michigan Native’s Unique National Anthem Overshadows Home Run Derby
The Home Run Derby is one of the most exciting events in all of sports, its comparable to the 3-point shootout, the dunk contest, hockey shootout, penalty kicks, and other all-star/ skill competitions that take place in sports. Both die-hard and casual baseball fans turn their heads and give their undivided attention to the MLB Home Run Derby and celebrate all of the moonshot mania that occurs. Vance was named the vice presidential candidate, and though he’s from the Buckeye State and went to OSU, he made several overtures to Michigan throughout his acceptance speech. However, afterward, he was seen doing the OH-IO chant, and The Daily Show’s Jordan Klepper is having none of it.

State Police Bust "Ring of Thieves"
Michigan State Police troopers busted what the department described as a "ring of thieves" and recovered multiple stolen items from locations across Grand Traverse County. Troopers received a complaint Thursday of a motorcycle stolen from a Blair Township home. "Through aggressive investigative efforts, community social media posts, and a string of anonymous tips," troopers were able to identify two suspects in just a few hours, according to MSP. The suspects included a 40-year-old Green Lake Township man and another 38-year-old man. The 40-year-old was interviewed at his home, but the stolen motorcycle wasn't found.
