Is Harbor Freight's Portland Pressure Washer Worth It? Here's What Owners Say
Harbor Freight has been a consistent favorite among handymen, DIYers, and everyone in between. Each location is full of power tools, hand tools, safety equipment, and so much more. Sweetening the deal, the store is rather cost effective, boasting multiple excellent finds for under $50. One such reasonably-priced piece is the Portland corded electric pressure washer, which runs $89.99. It features a 20-foot hose and adjustable nozzle, with a maximum pressure of 1,750 PSI. With that information alone, it seems like a decent buy, but is it truly worth the money? Many of those who've taken it for a spin have a lot to say about it.
Port of Ridgefield to prioritize commercial, retail and public use in waterfront revitalization
The Port of Ridgefield’s leaders envision the city’s untapped waterfront, located between Lake River and the downtown area, as a commercial hub. The Port of Ridgefield leased its land for industrial use until groundwater contamination ceased operations in 1993. Following an extensive $90 million cleanup spanning two decades, the site is now poised for redevelopment. Port leaders including CEO Randy Mueller have a new vision for the waterfront focused on attracting businesses that will draw customers to the waterfront and downtown area, turning it into a vibrant destination for dining, shopping and community gatherings.

Why the Portland Trail Blazers don't deserve a Christmas game this year
After finishing the 2023-24 NBA season last in the Western Conference with a 21-61 record, the Portland Trail Blazers still have a long way to go in their rebuilding process. There are reasons for optimism for an improved season—multiple players were injured last season, and the Blazers had 41 unique starting lineups, second only to the Memphis Grizzlies. Deni Avidja and Donovan Clingan are also excellent additions who should immediately contribute to winning with their two-way prowess.
Primus, Coheed And Cambria Stir Up Mosh Pit Of Heavy Metal Nostalgia In Oregon [Photos/Videos]
A diverse crowd gathered near Portland, OR on Friday for a concert at McMenamins Edgefield featuring Primus and Coheed and Cambria. When it was announced back in February, the co-headlining tour took some by surprise, seeing as Coheed’s heavily conceptual prog rock falls outside Primus’ psychedelic music festival milieu, though upon reflection, the pairing makes perfect sense. Primus has always had a strong footing in both the heavy metal world and jam band scene thanks to Les Claypool‘s idiosyncratic style and eclectic taste. The band recently toured with A Perfect Circle and Puscifer—both fronted by Tool singer Maynard James Keenan—and its heavy metal street credit may have actually peaked around the time that Coheed blew up on a national level with help from games like Rock Band and Guitar Hero, which also featured tracks from Primus.
